Uptown Whittier Art Stroll
The Uptown Whittier Art Stroll is making it's comeback to Whittier. The art stroll was once a well known Whittier event that was dying out, but is now making it's way back into the hearts of it's residents.
The Uptown Whittier Art Stroll is a monthly event that was revamped a few months ago in attempt to bring back the old tradition. It features different restaurants and stores in uptown that participate in hosting an artist who can display their art pieces inside or in front of their store.
There're live musicians, artists who do live paintings, and even an organized paint and wine night. This is a great free event in Whittier that allows people to see amazing art but also talk and get to know the artists. Many of the featured artists are Whittier residence that have pieces for sale that consist of prints, wood work, jewelry, digital artwork, and canvas.
This monthly event takes place on every second Wednesday of the month from 5pm to 9pm and is put on by Friends of Whittier.
The Uptown Whittier Art Stroll is truly a fun experience for the whole family! It's perfect for a weeknight outing that presents a chance to enjoy Whittier and it's talented residents!
